Included Services:

Access to the 1800 square meters Wellness Area at Wellnesshotel Walserhof, featuring an indoor pool, infrared hay lounge, steam bath, outdoor hot tub, bio-wooden hut sauna, Finnish sauna, spacious relaxation area with loungers, and the Room of Silence equipped with five heated waterbeds (from the age of 16). Bathrobes for an extra charge. You will receive a first supply of towels and can exchange them for a small washing fee at the Hotel Walserhof. Exclusive day spa, fitness room and treatments.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We ask for payment in cash, with EC-card from EU-countries, Master- or VisaCard.

We don't support payments via American Express and Business cards!

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

On the day of arrival the apartments are available from 3 pm - on the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartmet by 11 am. If you arrive later than 6 pm, we ask for a short notification. In case of late arrival the full apartment price will be charged. Via Oberstdorf (Germany) the arrival is possible toll-free. You can find more information about the arrival here.

RESERVATION

We confirm all reservations in writing. In case of errors in the correspondence, the price list of the current season applies. Reservations are based on the AGBH 2006, General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006.

CANCELLATIONS

In case of cancellations as well as late arrival or early departure we have to break the loss costs. Surely you understand this.

Up to 3 months before arrival there are no cancellation charges
3 months to 1 month before arrival 40
1 month to 1 week before arrival 70
from one week before arrival or in case of seduced departure 90 % of the cancellation costs

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance. This offers you security in case of illness or many other things. We will gladly send you further information.

INFORMATION FOR PARENTS

We are happy to provide highchairs, cribs, etc. for a fee upon request.

DOGS

You are welcome to bring your well-behaved dog (maximum 2 dogs per apartment). We charge € 20,- per night and dog, without food. We kindly ask you not to take your dog into the restaurant and wellness area.

All prices are per night up to 4 persons.
Plus guest tax, currently € 3.90 (until 01.12.2024) per person per night (from 14 years). The 5th person up to 6 years € 20,- per night, from 6th birthday € 29,- per night. Departure and arrival on Saturday and Sunday.

SKIPASS

We can issue your ski pass directly at the reception. You have no waiting time at the lift and can start your skiing pleasure in front of our hotel.
