RESERVATION

We confirm all reservations in writing. In the event of errors in correspondence, the price list applies. Reservations are based on the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry of 2006.

CANCELLATIONS

In the event of cancellations as well as delayed arrival or early departure, we need to charge the cancellation expenses.

Up to 3 months, no cancellation fees are charged.
3 months to 1 month before arrival, 40%,
1 month to 1 week before arrival, 70%, in the last week or in the case of early departure, 90% of the cancellation costs.
